Through great personal loss I was introduced to functional and complimentary medicine. Witnessing the failures of traditional medicine opened my eyes and made me truly appreciate the approach of an integrative provider. It was this experience that pushed me into the “industry” of integrative medicine.

Once in the industry I found these individual practitioners were often completely on their own. They often lacked acceptance amongst their peers, resources, and a sense of community. It is through this collaboration with Functional Forum that I hope to bring together this group of likeminded practitioners and create that missing community in the North Texas area.
